As a marketing business partner, you will be instrumental in helping develop and implement the marketing strategy for Randstad Digital in Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg, focusing primarily on fostering commercial growth and profitability.
Your role involves deploying and reinforcing the marketing strategy that effectively bolsters brand recognition, talent acquisition, and client engagement specific to our specialty. A key component of your scope is the proactive management of marketing initiatives in collaboration with operational teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that every marketing effort is rigorously evaluated, fine-tuned, and optimized to yield the highest possible return on investment. You’ll also lead a marketing team which will be based in Belgium.

Your responsibilities.
Enable and execute the Benelux marketing strategy focused on the gross profit of our business line, designed to elevate brand awareness among talent and clients, highlight our unique value proposition and offerings, and ultimately drive lead generation, culminating in successful audience acquisition and growth:
- Prioritize, design, create, and track your work based on incremental gross profit outcomes.
- Actively steer, discuss, analyze, and adjust your marketing activities for your specialty with operationally responsible stakeholders to achieve maximum return on investment.
- Actively steer both external and internal delivery capabilities, including specialist teams, to execute your marketing strategies, while also occasionally executing marketing campaigns yourself.
- Drive and support digital transformation through various marketing initiatives, employing technology and data across our company.

- Oversee digital and marketing automation, internal communications, customer presentations, preparing briefs, briefing agencies as well as the internal team, and offering constructive feedback to achieve the most effective communication results.
- Advocate for a data-driven approach, encompassing the creation and dissemination of client and talent insights through both quantitative and qualitative research, customer journey mapping, and nurture tracking.
Foster relationships with key customers both regionally and globally, utilizing best practices and optimizing shared resources. This involves:
- Gain an understanding of marketing and internal communications programs, partnerships, and initiatives in collaboration with regional and global marketing teams. The goal is to ensure an optimal blend of available materials in contrast to locally sourced creative platforms and programs.
- Acquiring insight into all digital and technology-related projects, programs, partnerships, and initiatives in coordination with regional and global marketing teams. This effort is aimed at ensuring the most effective mix of resources is used, compared to those developed through local creative platforms and programs.
Develop and oversee comprehensive plans encompassing media, digital, CRM, lead generation, events, and sponsorships for various divisions.
- Collaborating with marketing specialists and subject matter experts, you will design, create, and manage an array of initiatives. These include media and digital campaigns, sponsorships, events, and lead generation programs, as well as ABM strategies. The focus of these initiatives will be to target potential talent and customers, with the objective of enhancing brand awareness, increasing consideration, improving net promoter scores, resulting in the effective acquisition and expansion of our audience.
Budgets and reporting:
- Manage budgets including tracking and reporting of spending as per instructions from your direct leader.
