You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for a group of clients within an industry.
You will predominantly occupy yourself with nurturing, expanding business with existing clients, and building a relationship with new clients for which the strategic sales partners have identified key opportunities.
Moreover, you’ll help our clients understand more about what’s possible in this time of digital transformation. How will you achieve that goal?
- You’ll take ownership of the client and guide the client through our product or service offering, managing relationships with our key customers and our partners.
- The clients/senior leadership will know you as the ‘voice of Randstad Digital’ as you will manage the overall account planning.
- To enhance customer engagement and satisfaction you will ensure a robust after-sales process.
- You’ll identify market trends and provide on a regular basis competitor analysis.
- Depending on the size of your client portfolio, you will lead a team of portfolio client partners and/or account managers and guide them on accountability ownership and expansion of the customer base. Because of your clear leadership they will be able to meet their targets and evolve on a personal and professional level.
- Furthermore your team will feel highly motivated and are able to sell talent services, global capacity and managed solutions, cross-sell, up-sell and deliver win-win outcomes for clients and our organization.
