In this role you would be responsible for your team of consultants who you would actively coach and support. As a talent manager you are the first point of contact for the consultants in your chapter. And this in our typical Randstad Digital way: not only through formal contact moments, but also through casual chats during, among other things, the team building events that you organize for your consultants, tech talks, consultant days, etc.You are partly responsible for the development of your chapter by recruiting the right profiles together with the talent acquisition team. Together with them and the sales team, you try to find the ideal candidates and projects. You are always on the lookout for new opportunities for your chapter. In this way you help to expand the chapter and your clients. You are a real problem solver, and you help consultants with their further development within Randstad Digital. During regular telephone and face-to-face contact moments, you discuss the evolution of their areas of expertise with your consultants and map out a career path together.You support, coach and motivate your team, and help their development, in order to have the ideal retention rate.You are in close contact with our existing customers and thus build a relationship of trust. Together with the customer, you discuss the performance of the consultants and see how you can optimize it.The customers discuss their (resource) needs with you. Through personal conversations you ensure the right match between our consultants and our customers.
