telephone interview

If it’s a match, we will call you to make your acquaintance. We will walk you through the entire application process. Depending on your statute and the type of job or project for which you are applying, you will have to go through the following steps, until you reach the contract proposal.
face to face conversation

Blow us away with your knowledge and experience during the (virtual) interview. If you applied for one of our digital or technical challenges, we will also do a technical screening.
interview with the client or your manager

Depending on the function that you’re applying for - an internal job or a challenge at one of our clients - you will be invited to an interview with your internal manager or the client.
contract proposal

If it’s a match on both sides, we will start working on your contract proposal.
