What would your responsibilities as a business controller for Randstad Digital be? -Next to monitoring the accuracy of the accounting data and processes as a part of the monthly and year-end closings, you will help with the related reporting to our stakeholders. -Together with our other business controller, you will be responsible for substantiating top line and gross margin on a monthly basis.Next to that you will assist in the margin budgeting process and do a monthly follow-up with all the relevant budget owners where you will explain deviations. Once a month you will perform reconciliations on key KPIs. -You are in close contact with all the business managers who need insight into financial numbers. In this way, you will help them to interpret the numbers so they can set the right course. -You will oversee monthly follow-ups for our project department. -You will ensure that the exchange of information between the different tools is accurate and complete.In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing the data quality. -Together with the business and tooling architect you will review the needs of the new reports and act accordingly. - Our department is in constant search of optimizing its way of work. That’s why you will take up an active role in identifying and executing improvement projects. You will get the opportunity to collaborate on setting up SOPs and reporting in case of abnormalities. -Where necessary, you will perform ad hoc analysis for management in order to provide an accurate view of overall performance at all times.
