You already have experience (2 to 3 years) as a 1st line support engineer and you're ready for the next step. If you have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment and a good understanding of software at the network level (Windows 10/server 2012-2016-2019, Cisco, routing, switching, etc.), and you're capable of efficiently analyzing and solving problems, then you're the person we're looking for!
You're adept with Operating Systems, Base Azure, AD, VMware, ITIL, ServiceNow... If you possess a certificate, that's a plus! Having a driver's license (B) is important.
You have a positive mindset, you're eager to learn, and customer-oriented. Moreover, you're a true team player but can also work independently effectively.
To top it off, you speak fluent Dutch (C1), French (B2), and English (B1), and you have a constant hunger for new technologies and trends!
