You don't need any experience, just a killer attitude and the will to expand your skills at high speed via the Academy. What can you expect?

• Depending on your basic IT knowledge, we’ll draw up a personal program for you. Together with you, we’ll decide what technical knowledge we will focus on and we’ll listen to what you would like to learn.
• You will be trained according to the concept of hybrid learning: an alternation of online classes, classroom training and hands-on practice sessions.

We personally guide you on a learning and mental level and thus guarantee an optimal training experience. We’d love to immerse you in our Ausy DNA, take you on international adventures and provide interesting networking opportunities. Are you already looking forward to an informal dinner with the CEO?

After 10 weeks, your skills are in tip-top shape and it's time to prove yourself and get some hands-on experience. Lots of doors will open for you! Depending on your dreams and ambitions, we will find a project for you at one of our customers. Your exact job content of course depends on the company and the role you end up in. Whether you already have some, a whole lot or not all that much experience: there's sure to be a great follow-up challenge around the corner. You will be involved in the delivery of end-to-end projects at some of the world's largest accounts. And while you build your career, the entire #teamausy is backing you up:

• Your account manager is always there for you, guaranteeing personalised monitoring. He or she guides you professionally, also ensuring you really get to know all your other colleagues (close or otherwise) during smaller, relaxed team-building sessions. That means you’ll be part of the team in no time!
  
  
• As an IT specialist, you know more than anyone that technology keeps on developing fast, and keeping your knowledge up to date is vital. Our learning & development team keeps its finger on the pulse and gives you the opportunity to take part in a whole range of courses, training sessions and conferences. • You have a strong knowledge of both English and Dutch.
