  • We start by doing an intake interview to fully understand your needs and your goals. At this point, we mainly focus on the current status of the EA, the company strategy and the issues that have already been defined. Together we’ll define the first initiatives (maximum 3), which we will work on in step 2.
  • Even before the second meeting, our Ausy architects will try to paint a picture of the identified issues and the possible improvements. In this way, they can decide on a basic approach and work out a proposal for your company.
  • Finally, we’ll get together. We’ll discuss the proposal and decide on a concrete plan of action. Questions or concerns? We’ll listen to them all!
