Our client had taken over various small companies. In addition to this, the organisation’s management had also changed. The result was a vague HR structure without any long-term vision. There was urgent need of an experienced HR Business Partner to analyse and optimise both soft and hard HR processes.
We put first things first, so our HR consultant conducted an HR scan. We then analysed staff turnover and employee satisfaction. On the basis of the results, we drew up list of priorities that was completed under the management’s supervision. Our HR consultant then drew up an implementation plan and monitored its implementation.
This approach resulted in more efficient processes and increased control over employee satisfaction and retention.
