Your responsibilities as a Transportation Process Analyst will be the following:

                                    Support the freight invoice auditing process

o  Ensure that pending approvalsfrom the outsourced invoice auditing company (D2L) get cleared

o  Work with local countryapprovers and sourcing team to reduce the number of lines to be manuallyapproved

o  Work with the carriers and theinvoice auditing company to reduce the throughput time of invoices, by findingand pushing through process improvements

o  Understand the in-houseauditing processes and support the team with auditing and/or improvements

o  Get a thorough understanding ofthe road freight tariffs in order to support the sourcing team with anyanalysis needed for cost impact calculations

o  Work on process improvements

Support the Transportation Mgmt Processes/Systems

o Maintain the TransportationMgmt Processes/Systems (multiple systems, such as e.g. SIS, SAP)

§  Assist in setting up freight tariffs where needed

§  Maintain the setups, ensure perfect data, this may include Users /locations / routes & transport zones /leadtimes, etc

o Assist in analysis where neededin either road, or Air and Ocean projects

You're the perfect Transportation Process Analyst for this job when you:

• Have a Bachelor or master in Supply Chain or related area
• Supply chain experience.
• Fluent with systems and productivity improvement tools
• Fluent English in writing and communicating
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
