Our challenge
EARLI wanted an automated process for assessing papers submitted by authors who were going to speak at their conference. The association wanted to plan a conference automatically on the basis of the approved papers.
Our solution
We created a clear, uncluttered digital process, whereby the first part of the application made it possible to upload and review papers. The second part of the application drew up a schedule for the conference, while taking the available places, the format of the session, speakers, etc. into account.
The results
The conference was planned fully automatically thanks to a specialised algorithm. This is a scalable solution that can present available information in the required format, whether this is the website, the app or the TV screen at the conference....
