Our client in the banking sector had an ambitious aim: to recruit 100 white collar employees annually between 2015 and 2020.
We set up flexible recruiter pools consisting of 3 to 5 onsite recruiters and 1 coordinator. We also provided support from 2 HR business coaches. Our aim was to optimise processes with regard to speed, numbers and filling vacancies.
This approach meant that we were able to guarantee the professionalism of the recruitment & selection process at all times and to achieve the set goals. An average of 100 starters annually provides continuity at all levels. Furthermore, we were also able to guarantee this development at both B2B and B2C level. Finally, this also contributed to developing the company’s image in a positive manner.
