Q1 2011: DataFlow continues financial growth

BeLux

After a strong 2010, Ausy/DataFlow is continuing its financial growth. During the first quarter of 2011, the turnover rose by 28.6% as compared to the same period last year. In absolute figures, this is a growth from EUR 8.64 million to EUR 11.27 million for the BeLux zone. This growth was realised purely organisationally given that the recent takeovers by made by the Ausy Group have always been international (see below).

France

Thanks to the recent takeover of the French firm, Aptus, the turnover in France amounted to a spectacular growth of 48.1% during the first quarter. This means that there was an evolution from EUR 37.69 million to EUR 55.8 million during the first 3 months. The organisational part of the growth amounts to 15.6%, which is also significantly higher than the market average.

The consolidated result is as follows:

In EUR million             Q1 2010                     Q1 2011          % difference
Turnover                   46,3                     67,1               +44,8 %

In France                  37,7                     55,8                +48,1 %
International             8,6                       11,3                +30,4 %

Future

On 1 April, the Ausy Group took over the software division trade fund of the French group, APX. This concerns approximately 130 employees, who yield a turnover of approximately EUR 10 million. It reinforces the position of Ausy in Rhône-Alpes with a very interesting portfolio of government customers. As a group, we will continue to be on the lookout for selective takeovers, also outside France.
