After our first year of integration and merger with Ausy, our figures for 2010 were able to close very positively. It is clear that, as a new and larger entity, we are bound to play a major role in the IT field in Belgium and Luxembourg. With a turnover of 37.6 million euros in 2010, we can rightly position ourselves as one of the biggest ICT service providers.
If we take a look at the turnover for both DataFlow and Ausy Belgium and Luxembourg, we see a growth of 7 million euros during 2010, i.e. of over 22%.
Given that the figures from DataFlow have been included at group level as of September 2009, we are once again able to make relevant comparisons as of today. In communications regarding these comparisons and obtained results, we must nonetheless always take into account the content and timing in conformance with the stock market regulations.
Mark down 17 March in your calendars right away, as this is the date when the Ausy Group will provide more details on their future perspectives. This will also specifically give us more insight into the role and future perspectives for the Be(ne)lux as a whole.
