Accountabilities:
- Drives and coordinates the delivery of Initiatives and Opuses
- Organizes ceremonies at Cluster or Tribe level
- Brings together relevant stakeholders
- Resolves Cluster/Tribe-level impediments
- Perform reporting towards relevant stakeholders on Initiative and Opus delivery progress
Knowledge & skills:
- Stimulates other roles to act autonomously
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Cluster/Tribe
- IT Background
Stakeholder management:
- Maintains good relationships with stakeholders outside the own Cluster and Tribe
your profile
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You obtained a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- IT background required as the Cluster Scrum Master (Delivery) will be responsible for the delivery follow-up of cross squad IT-features (mainly related to Invest Advice and Contracting) within our Tribe Invest.
